Financial aid for the institutions from the Central Sangeet Natak Akademi

Is your cultural institution a registered one? Is it promoting any of the traditional art forms like Music, Dance, Drama, Puppetry, Folk & Tribe? Yes....? Here is an opportunity for you to avail the financial assistance from the Central Sangeeth Natak Akademi.



Applications are invited by the Central Sangeeth Natak Akademi from the registered Cultural Institutions which are active in the promotion, propagation and dissemination of the above mentioned art-forms for the financial grants under the “Financial Assistance Scheme to Cultural Institutions” for the financial year 2018-19.
Terms and Conditions :
  • All Institutions applying for financial assistance under the scheme should be registered with the concerned Central/State Govts/Concerned departments, at least 03 years prior to the date of application. 




  •  The application form should invariably be supported with self attested copy of the registration certificate, audit report for the last three years countersigned by a practicing Chartered Accountant, Newspaper clippings, photographs etc. in support of cultural activities being carried out by the Institution.

  • The last date for receipt of application in the Akademi is 31/07/2018. No application will be received after this date. 
  • All completed applications (with all required documents) should be sent to Sangeet Natak Akademi either through Speed Post or by e-mail.



Further, S.N.A. says that the list of institutions to whom the Grant under the scheme is sanctioned will be displayed on the website of the Akademi.
